Celebrating 10 Years of Showcasing Downtown Dallas’ Iconic Architecture with a Million Dollar Goal

2021 marks the 10th running of Dallas’ best 5K! In 2012, we started this race with a goal of raising $1,000,000 in 10 years to benefit the public programming of the Architecture and Design Exchange (AD EX) and the scholarship programs of the Architecture and Design Foundation. To date, we have raised $850,000, which puts our 2021 goal at $150,000. Help us reach that goal by registering, becoming a sponsor, or by making a donation and/or fundraising for the race!

BENEFITING

AD EXThe AD EX, the Architecture and Design Exchange, works to encourage the conversation about why architecture matters in our daily lives. We seek to increase the public's understanding of the power of architecture to enrich our city and our lives through the scholarships, programs, exhibitions and tours that we present. We offer regular walking tours of downtown, exhibitions on the architecture of our region and beyond, film series, discussions, K-12 programs and many other opportunities to get people talking about the power of architecture and design around them. We also support architecture students at the high school and university level with more than $10,000 in scholarships and traveling fellowships annually.
