We are putting the Fitness in Form Follows Fitness this year with 12 weeks of FREE Fitness challenges leading up to race day!

Each challenge features one of our amazing sponsors and one of their incredible projects. Register and complete just one or if you are FIT enough, all twelve! Earn milestone badges when you complete each one, but you only have a week to do it and post your results! Plus, please consider a $5 donation to AD EX for each challenge too! We are on our way to $1,000,000 and the fittest Form Follows Fitness 5K in history!

    Fireman’s Carry Challenge

    Sunday, March 28 to Saturday, April 3

    Fireman’s Carry Challenge

    The Blackson Brick Fireman's Carry Challenge highlights the beautiful brick work at Fire Station 50! This week you must complete 50 steps worth of Fireman's Carries using dumbbells or kettle bells! And please consider a $5 donation to AD EX when registering! Blackson Brick will match each $5 donated too!

    The Page 40 squat challenge highlights the 40 stories of the AMLI Fountain Place building! The challenge is to complete 40 squats per day for at least 4 days this week!

    18/6000 challenge

    Sunday, April 11 to Saturday, April 17

    18/6000 Challenge

    Stantec’s 18/6000 challenge week! This week’s work out highlights the new 186,000 square-foot Science Building at The University of Texas at Dallas. The new building provides leading-edge teaching and research labs, classrooms, offices, and 150-seat and 300-seat lecture halls. Newtons law of physics in exercises allow you to get the greatest benefits from your workouts. A variety of different workout exposes your body to different forces. Newtons First Law states that: “A body at rest remains at rest unless acted upon an outside force” Get your body moving and clock in 18 jumping jacks and 6,000 steps 5 times this week!

    Bear Crawl Challenge

    Sunday, April 18 to Saturday, April 24

    Fireman’s Carry Challenge

    The IGC Bear Crawl Challenge highlights work on the Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation Neuro Outpatient Facility and of course Melanie and John Pope's love of Baylor University! The challenge is to complete 51 bear crawls this week which is the last two numbers of this 11,551 square foot facility!

    Relax + Recover Challenge

    Sunday, April 25 to Saturday, May 1

    Relax + Recover Challenge

    Ahhh perfect zen! Relaxation and recovery are a key part in any fitness program! The AD EX challenge is to put your mind and body at ease by sketching one of your favorite buildings in the Dallas skyline. AD EX suggests the Republic Center as that is where their office and exhibitions take place.

    Brick Workout Challenge

    Sunday, May 2 to Saturday, May 8

    Brick Workout Challenge

    The Blackson Brick Brick Workout Challenge features the brick work of the Gables Park 17 building! The challenge is to do three brick workouts this week! The goal is to do three brick workouts this week that consist of at least 10 to 30 minutes of running/walking, followed by biking for 20 to 60 minutes!

    26 Pushups Challenge

    Featuring the 26 floors of the Hall Arts Hotel & Residences designed by HKS, the challenge this week is complete 26 push-ups at least 4 times this week! That upper body strength will help you power thru your run and keep your form efficient!

    Playground Workout Challenge

    One of the many specialties at Glenn | Partners is working to design schools, from elementary schools to university buildings! And where else can you find some of the best playgrounds in Dallas? Yep, just checkout your nearest school! Featuring the brand new Byron Nelson High School Athletic Field House, this weeks challenge is to act like a kid again and complete three, thirty minute playground workouts this week!

    30 MInute Run/Walk Challenge

    30 Mimute Run/Walk Challenge

    The L.A. Fuess and Ponce Fuess 30 minute run/walk challenge features the incredible engineering of the Rolex building and challenges your to run or walk at least four times this week for at least 30 minutes! Oh, L.A. and Ponce Fuess got you covered at least one this week too, with one of the FFF5K Training Runs too!

    401 Bike CHALLENGE

    Sunday, May 30 to Saturday, June 5

    Corgan's 401 Bike Challenge

    Corgan’s 401 bike challenge features The Luminary at 401 North Houston Street. Designed by Corgan, this seven-story multi-tenant office in the Historic West End of Downtown Dallas is also the home of Corgan’s headquarters. The challenge this week is to cycle 4 days this week for at least 1 hour (stationary bikes included!).

    360' Elevation Challenge

    Mt. Woodall is out there, waiting. Are you ready to conquer it? This week's L.A. Fuess and Ponce Fuess Challenge is all about elevation and hills! Featuring the 360 foot tall Bleu Ciel Building, your challenge is to run or walk the equivalent height with some hill work outs!

    Burpee Challenge

    Featuring the amazing brick work of The Christopher Building in Dallas and our favorite fitness exercise...the BURPEE! Blackson Brick was saving the best for last! The Christopher features 31 floors of luxurious apartments and your challenge this week is to do a burpee for each floor! Good luck and save a little energy for Saturday's FFF5K!
